Photos, Floorplans, and EPCs

This article displays the differences between accessing photos in Vebra/Encore Live and the equivalent in Alto, as well as how to add and manage Floorplans and EPCs.

Photos

In Vebra/Encore Live, the property photos could be accessed and uploaded with the Photos button at the top of the Property record:

In Alto, you can add as many photos as you wish on a property, either individually or all together. They can be uploaded to the portals websites and also used on your brochures and window cards.

You can find property photos in Alto if you:

1. Click Properties on the main navigation bar
2. Select the relevant property from Recent & Favourite Properties
   1. Alternatively, find the property using the Search Properties bar in the top right
3. Click Media on the side menu
4. Click the Photos top tab
   From here you can view, upload or delete photos:
   
5. Photos can be uploaded if you click Upload Photos
6. Click Add Files 
7. Locate and select the file(s) and click Open, or, drag it/them into Alto as shown below
   
8. Once you have added all photos, click Start Upload
9. Once photos are uploaded, you can rearrange their order by selecting either Brochure or Web order
10. Click, drag and drop the photos around until they appear in the order that you wish

You can hover over each photo and click Zoom to view the photo full size, or click Delete to remove it.
Individual photos can also be linked to rooms if you click Link to a Room.

To rename a photo, overtype the text below the photo to amend it.

Floorplans

Floorplans can be viewed, uploaded, or deleted. The method for uploading floorplans is the same as uploading photos.

1. Click Properties on the main navigation bar
2. Select the relevant property from Recent & Favourite Properties
   1. Alternatively, find the property using the Search Properties bar in the top right
3. Click Media on the side menu
4. Click the Floorplans top tab
5. Floorplans can be uploaded if you click Upload Floorplans
6. Click Add Files 
7. Locate and select the file(s) and click Open, or, drag it/them into Alto
8. Once you have added all plans, click Start Upload
   

Floorplans can also be imported from Plan Up via the main Actions menu on a property, if you click Plan Up Import.

EPCs

EPCs can be viewed, uploaded, or deleted. You can also add the details into Alto and the charts will be created for you. 

1. Click Properties on the main navigation bar
2. Select the relevant property from Recent & Favourite Properties
   1. Alternatively, find the property using the Search Properties bar in the top right
3. Click Media on the side menu
4. Click the EPC top tab
5. EPCs can be uploaded if you click Upload EPC Details
6. Click Add Files 
7. Locate and select the file and click Open, or, drag it into Alto
8. Click Start Upload 

If you know the EPC values, the EPC graph can be edited if you click Edit EPC details. You can then use the sliders, or, add the values into the boxes, as required, and then click End Editing.

There is also a tick box to indicate if an EPC is not required. If so, a reason can be specified:
