Applicant Requirement notes in a Property Match

In Vebra/Encore Live, it's possible to add additional requirement Notes on the Requirements tab of the Person record. 

 

These notes were visible in the Property matching screen:

In Alto, these notes are entered on the Contacts record, within Requirements on the side menu.

  1. Click Contacts on the main toolbar
  2. Select the relevant contact from Recent & Favourite Contacts
    1.  Alternatively, find the contact using the Search Contacts bar in the top right
  3. Click Requirements on the side menu
  4. Scroll down to Additional Profile Notes

You can also add an additional requirements profile to an applicants record so that it can be included when the applicant is matched to properties in the future. To add an additional requirements profile:

  1. Click Contacts on the main toolbar
  2. Select the relevant contact from Recent & Favourite Contacts
    1.  Alternatively, find the contact using the Search Contacts bar in the top right
  3. Click Requirements on the side menu
  4. Click the + symbol next to the existing profile name(s) to add a new profile
  5. A New Profile is added. Tick the box to the right of New Profile to include this profile in matches
  6. Complete the Search Profile fields as appropriate, depending on what the applicant is looking for
  7. Click Save

When matching a property, you can find any Additional Profile Notes if you click the red arrow next to each of the Matching Contacts:
