Management Summary report

The Management Summary report allows you to create a summary of the current state of your business. This report can be run for a single branch or all of your business, and whilst this one doesn't split out multiple branch figures, the Management Summary - Branch Breakdown reports do.

To create your Management Summary report:

  1. Click Reporting on the main toolbar
  2. Click Management in the side menu under Reporting Groups
  3. Click Management Summary under Management Reports
  4. You can select from several Report Options under Your Report to filter by:
    1. Period
    2. From and To dates
    3. Sale/Rent
    4. Category (Any/Residential Only/Commercial Only)
    5. Overseas (Include/Exclude)
  5. The report can be further filtered using the additional tabs under Your Report
  6. Click Create Report to generate a one off report
    1. You can also Export the report into a .pdf, Excel or .csv document if you prefer to view it in an alternative format
  7. The report will appear as a Page icon next to your login name on the main toolbar. Hover over the icon and click Open next to the report

The Management Summary report shows the:

  • Summary Type
  • Breakdown
  • Total

 Note

If you close the Report Requests window (Page icon), you can click on the icon again to reopen the report requests
