User Activity Breakdown report

The User Activity Breakdown report allows you to create a list of office user activity broken down into categories across a specified timeframe.

To create your User Activity Breakdown report:

  1. Click Reporting on the main toolbar
  2. Click Other in the side menu under Reporting Groups
  3. Click User Activity Breakdown under Other Reports
  4. You can select from several Report Options under Your Report to filter by:
    1. Period
    2. From and To dates
    3. Sale/Rent - (Any/Sales Only/Rentals Only)
    4. Category - (Any/Residential Only/Commercial Only)
    5. Order
    6. Direction
    7. Group
  5. The report can be further filtered using the additional tabs under Your Report, such as by branch or user
  6. Click Create Report to generate a one off report
    1. You can also Export the report into a .pdf, Excel or .csv document if you prefer to view it in an alternative format
  7. The report will automatically open in a new browser tab once created
    1. The report also appears as a Page icon next to your login name on the main toolbar. Should it not open automatically, or if it's closed accidentally, hover over the icon and click Open next to the report

The User Activity Breakdown report shows the following information:

  • Office (including activity for users at the branch to which they belonged to during the time which the report period relates. This could result in a user appearing in more than one branch if they moved during the period being reported upon)
  • User (including any activity for users that are currently inactive, but were active during the time to which the report period relates)
  • The number of MA Booked and MA Valued
  • The number of Details emailed and Details posted
  • The number of Summary emailed and Summary posted
  • The number of SMS sent (any reminder messages that are sent internally to a negotiator for appointments in their diary)
  • The number of Price changes
  • The number of Viewing bookedViewing accompanied and Viewing cancelled
  • The number of Offers TakenOffers Revised and Offers Accepted
  • The number of Contracts Exchanged
  • The number of Completions
  • The number of Reg Applicants not lookingReg Applicants looking to buyReg Applicants looking to rentReg Applicants looking to buy/rent
  • The number of Total Applicants registered
  • The number of Phone Calls
  • The number of Instructed

 Note

If you close the Report Requests window (Page icon), you can click on the icon again to reopen the report requests
