Accepted Offers from Same Office report

The Accepted Offers From Same Office report allows you to create a list of offers that have been accepted where the property is owned and administered by the same office.

To create your Accepted Offers From Same Office report:

  1. Click Reports on the main toolbar
  2. Click Sales in the side menu under Reporting Groups
  3. Click Accepted Offers From Same Office under Sales Reports
  4. You can select from several Report Options under Your Report to filter by:
    1. Period
    2. From and To dates
    3. Overseas - (Include/Exclude)
    4. Order
    5. Direction
    6. Group
  5. The report can be further filtered using the additional tabs under Your Report, such as by branch or user
  6. Click Create Report to generate a one off report
    1. You can also Export the report into a .pdf, Excel or .csv document if you prefer to view it in an alternative format
  7. The report will automatically open in a new browser tab once created
    1. It'll also be available within your Report requests, allowing you to open it later should you wish. Click Open to open the report or Clear to remove it


The Accepted Offers From Same Office report shows the following information:

  • Property
  • Date
  • Office
  • User
  • Agreed at
  • Agreed by
  • Asking Price
  • Offer Price
  • Pipeline Status
  • Difference
  • Buyer
  • Buyer Offer
  • Instructed
  • Days until Agreed
  • Fee
