You can quickly and easily change a Lead Source on a Contacts record or the Property record.

Changing a Lead Source on a Contacts record

  1. Click Contacts on the main toolbar
  2. Select the relevant contact from Recent & Favourite Contacts
    1. Alternatively, find the contact using the Search Contacts bar in the top right
  3. Click Contact on the side menu
  4. Click the Lead Source dropdown menu and select the required source type
  5. Click Save

Changing a Lead Source on a Property record

You can only change a Lead Source on a Property record before a market appraisal has been carried out. Once the market appraisal has taken place, the Lead Source cannot be changed.

  1. Click Property on the main toolbar
  2. Select the relevant property from Recent & Favourite Properties
    1. Alternatively, find the property using the Search Properties bar in the top right
  3. Click Appraisal on the side menu
  4. Click Book Appointment under the Pre-Appraisal tab
    1. If an Appointment already existed but was cancelled, click Re-Schedule
  5. Click the Lead Source dropdown menu and select the required source type
  6. Click Save
