Contacts in Alto are associated with both a branch office and a negotiator.
Depending on your requirements, you may need to transfer a contact to another branch or reassign the contact to a different negotiator within the same branch.
Contacts can be transferred between branches directly from the contact record. However, reassigning contacts to another negotiator must currently be done on an individual record basis.
