Automate lettings enquiries and viewings with Hybr

Alto has integrated with Hybr, an AI powered lettings platform designed to help you manage listings, enquiries and viewings more efficiently.

By integrating with Alto, Hybr automates the journey from listing to enquiry to viewing - centralising applicant data, streamlining communications and scheduling, and reducing manual admin. With real time syncing of listings and calendars, you can respond faster, improve conversion rates and let properties more efficiently while keeping Alto as your source of truth.

What are the benefits of using Hybr?

Setting up the integration

If you would like to request access, whether you're an existing Hybr customer or if you want to get set up as a new customer:

1. Click Integrations on the main navigation bar
2. Click the Digital Marketing category
3. Below Hybr, click Tell me more
   1. If you're an existing Hybr customer and want to integrate your account with Alto, click Integrate Hybr. Slide the toggle indicating you have an account and select the branches you'd like to activate. Then, click Integrate, at which point your request will be sent
   2. If you're a new customer wanting to get set up with Hybr, click Register interest. Complete the short form and click Submit. Hybr will then contact you to set up a no-obligation chat so you can find out more about them and how they integrate with Alto

To check on the status of your integration request and whether it's activated within Alto, you can view the Tell me more > Integrate page. 

Here, within the Branch integration section, you can view a Sent date alongside the available branches you have access to - this is the date upon which an activation email was sent to the partner.

How does the integration work?

Hybr integrates directly with Alto to sit alongside your existing workflow, keeping Alto as the central source of truth.

Property listings are automatically synced from Alto into Hybr, ensuring they remain up to date as they are added, updated or removed. Hybr also integrates with your calendar, reading availability from Alto when scheduling viewings and pushing confirmed bookings back into Alto automatically.

This two way synchronisation allows you to benefit from Hybr’s automated enquiry handling, applicant vetting and scheduling, while keeping all key data and activity recorded in Alto.
