How Do I Add A Standard Attachment To A Stationery Template?
You will need access to System Administration to do this.
Go to Tools>System Admin>Branches> Click Edit on your branch.
Go to the bottom of the page and click Upload New File.
Add the name of the file. Change the Media Type to File, Sub Type to Unspecified and click Choose File.
Navigate to where the file is stored.
Select the file and click open, then click Upload.
Then go to Letter & Stationary Templates.
Select the letter you wish to add the attachment to.
More than one document may be selected to be attached to the template.
When the template is used to create a letter, the attachments specified in the template are emailed or printed.
