Adding in a Market Appraisal from the Property Tab
Go to Property, click
If the Vendor/Landlord is already a Contact on Alto you can search for them. If its a new contact click Add New and complete the Contact record.
If the Vendor/Landlord resides at the property which they want to have the Market Appraisal for, click Copy Address From Vendor/Landlord. Alternatively, you can enter the address of the property you need the Market Appraisal for.
Click Book, fill in the appointment information, click Next.
Select the Appraiser, Date and Time of the Appointment, Reminder, the Market Appraisal Type and the Lead Source. Enter the Diary Notes .
A Task has also been created to follow up the Market Appraisal.
Click Finish if all the information is correct.
You will then have a screen appear to send the confirmation of the appointment to the Vendor/Landlord.
Click Send All.
If the Vendor/Landlord does not have a Email address or SMS you can send a letter to them.
Click Open Letters Now.
You can make any amendments to the letter, then Preview the letter before you click Finalise.
TIP- Check your Letter Rack daily to ensure your letters are all sent.
