Advise Portal & Website Designer

You will need to advise any property portals you use that Alto are your new software provider. Once you have notified your portals, they will provide our support team with a feed activation code / branch ID. Once this is received the support team will contact you to ensure that you are happy for our team to activate your Alto data feed to that specific portal.

Please note, we would suggest that you continue to feed from your current software system for a few days following your live migration.  This is in order for you to ensure that the data contained within your Alto software is correct and in a condition to feed to these portals.

With regards to your website provider, once you have provided us with their contact details, they will be sent an XML link, which will contain the location from which they are able to pull the data from Alto.
