Creating a Match Group for Properties
Go to Tools> Match Groups.
Click Action and Add Property Group
Give the group a name and a description. The group is set to private but if you wish for this to be available for all people in the branch change this to Shared Single Branch.
There are a series of tick boxes. You can use these to filter to group you require. So, for example, if you wish to have a list of properties which are available tick Available. You can also select if you want these to be Sales or Rental properties.
Archived Properties: At the bottom right of the screen you have the option to select all archived properties.
On the left hand side there are a series of tabs. Click Property Details.
From here you can filter if you want to see New Builds, Low Profile Properties, or properties in a certain area.
The next tab is Features
You can again select the required content from this section by ticking the boxes. For example, this group could be a group of properties, which is just detached bungalows which are available.
Next is the Vendor/Landlord tab.
From here you could have a group of properties set up which have no review date set. Or you can create a group of properties which could be repossessions.
The next tab is Lettings.
If you have rental properties which are managed, or you do the maintenance for them, you can create a group.
The next tab is Dates.
On this tab you can have groups of properties which have had no recent viewings, or properties which have recently had Market Appraisals on them which need chasing up.
Once the group has been set up click Save. You will then find the group by clicking Property and then Groups. The results show on the Right.
