Creating And Sending An Ad Hoc Letter
Go to Property>Docs>Write a Letter
Choose Adhoc, using a letter template from my library, click Next.
Select the relevant template and click Next.
Search for the Associated Contact.
You can change who this is sent from and the Branch if required, click Finish.
Type the letter and then Finalise the letter which will send it to the recipient.
The letter will be saved and sent and a record created on the timeline.
