Dashboard - Arrears & Arrears Letters
This User Guide covers how to monitor your Arrears and send out the Arrears Letters. Please see Setting the PM Dashboard as Default
This article relates to the ALTO Property Management Module
For Items to show in Arrears the charge must have been raised and must be showing as Outstanding on the Receipt screen.
- To access the Dashboard click the button at the top left of the screen that looks like a house.
2. On the Dashboard you will see the Arrears Widget, you can toggle between viewing Tenancy arrears and Contact arrears by changing the options at the top of the widget.
3. Each coloured section relates to a different length of time the Charge has been in Arrears for, to see more information click on one of the segments of the circle. This will bring up a list of all records that are in Arrears. To see further information click on one of the lines of the Arrears list and it will bring up the Receipt screen of the record in Arrears, here you can either receipt in any money they have paid or simply view what they owe.
4. If you wish to send out an Arrears Letter click the Tick on the left against the person you wish to send the letter to (you can choose multiple people to send the letter to) and then click Create Document(s) at the bottom of the screen.
5 .The system will then send out an Arrears Letter to the client based on their chosen Contact method on their record.
