Dashboard - Deposits In Dispute

This User Guide explains the Deposits In Dispute section of the Dashboard.  Please see sSetting the PM Dashboard as Default

This article relates to the ALTO Property Management Module

  1. To access the Dashboards click the button at the top left of the screen that looks like a house.

      2. Deposits in Dispute provides a list of Tenancies that are Vacated or have a Vacate in progress that have a Deposit held against them, and an Amount in the Dispute Amount field on the Tenancy > Deposit screen.

The Widget looks like this:

      3. Click on the widget for a list of all Tenancies where there is Deposit Held AND an amount in the Dispute Amount Field.  Click on a Tenancy and it will take you to the Refund screen for the Tenancy you have clicked on.

      4.  To clear the item from the Dashboard you will need to remove the Dispute Amount field AFTER you have dealt with the Deposit Refunds and any Deductions that need to go against the Tenancy Deposit.
