Dashboard - Deposits Not Registered

This User Guide covers the Deposits Not Registered section of the Dashboard.  Please see Setting the PM Dashboard as Default

This article relates to the ALTO Property Management Module

  1. To access the Dashboard click the button at the top left of the screen that looks like a house.

      2. To view which Deposits the system is referring to click on the Deposits Not Registered widget on the dashboard.

     3. The system will generate a list of tenancies that are missing a Deposit Registration Number. If you have the Registration Number click on the Tenancy in question.  It will then take you to the tenancy record.

     4. On the Tenancy click the Deposit tab along the top of the screen then enter the Registration No and Save the record.

     5. Once a Registration Number is entered then it will no longer show in the dashboard.
