Once a viewing has started, the Viewers Feedback tab is visible in Alto; here you can add Feedback and Internal Notes.
You now have the option to email feedback to your customers from the viewing screen or via the property and all related parties timelines.
- Click on a viewing
- When the Viewing Feedback tab is displayed, a button to email feedback to owners to be displayed.
- Once you start to enter text in the feedback text box, then the button will be available for use.
- The email template will popup, where you can edit the content of the message prior to sending.
- On send the user will receive your email.
