Emailing A Letter
Go to Property>Docs>Write a Letter
Choose Adhoc, using a letter template from my library
Click the relevant template and click Next
Add in your Associated Contact. You can also change who the letter is sent from and the branch. Click Finish.
Type the letter and when ready click Finalise
When you Finalise it will offer the choice of Printing, Emailing, or Email and Printing
The letter will be saved and sent and a record created on the timeline
