Adding a Date to a Contact

Please Note – Dates of this type can be added to Landlords and Suppliers, but cannot be added against Applicants.

 Adding a date

  1. On the contact record, click Management > Dates > Add Date.



    2. In the Add Date screen, fill out the details and click Update.


Changing a date

  1. From the Dates tab, click on the required date.



  2. On the Manage Date screen, change the date as needed. Use the three buttons in the status box to indicate the current phase of the date. Click Update.


TIP: When the job is finished, clicking complete enables you to enter a completed or reschedule date.
