How Do I Transfer A Contact To Another Branch?

Transferring a Contact to another Branch 

  1. If you have more than one branch of the business and need to transfer a Contact, click on the Contact record, then click Actions > Transfer to another Branch...

   2. Select the branch that the Contact is transferring to, and enter any notes as required and click OK.

   3. Click Yes to confirm.

The transfer will show up on the Contact’s Timeline tab.
