Ordering Property Boards Automatically

Please Note – You may need System Administration access in order to set this functionality in Alto PM. 

You must also have a Board Provider set up in Alto PM. See the article How Do I Set Up A Board Provider for further information on how to do this.

  1. Click Tools > System Administration > Branches.

       2. Click Edit next to the required Branch.

      3. Locate the Board Management Enabled and Board Change Send Now Flag Default settings.

      4. Usually, Board Management Enabled is ticked by default, and you will need to tick Board Change Send Now Flag Default. Now when a Property’s status changes, the board will automatically be ordered from your provider by Alto PM.

TIP: A board can also be ordered for a property at different steps – Instructing a property, making a property available and when letting a property.
