Assigning Bank Accounts to a Property


1. Go to the Property record, and click Property underneath Overview. Then click the Client Accounts tab along the top of the record.  Here you need to make sure that the screen that opens displays all of the bank accounts that this Property and Tenancy will need access too.This will usually just need to be your client account and your deposit account or deposit custodial scheme. 

2. If the screen shows none or only one of the bank accounts required, click the blue Select Bank Accounts button at the top right of the screen.

3. A screen will open up that shows all the bank accounts that you have access to. To choose one of the accounts click Select on the relevant bank account. Ensure that one bank account is set as the Default account, then click OK at the bottom of the screen.

4.  You should now see a list of all the Bank Accounts that this Property or Tenancy will have available to them.
