Property Not Uploading To The Web

Question:

Why Is a Property Not Uploading To The Web?

Solution:

 Properties will not upload with a status of Market Appraisal or Instructed

The Status is visible on the Property Overview screen.  

           

Go to Property> Marketing 

Ensure Publish to Web is ticked.


Then check the Timeline of the property.

             

If you can see the property record has been published to Vebra.com, this has been uploaded.  please contact Alto Support Via the Knowledge Centre for further help with this issue.

If this has not uploaded also check to see if the property has a brochure set.

Go to Docs>Brochure Setup

Assign a brochure to the property. Click Save and check the Timeline entry.
