Sending a Letter to a Contact

Go to Contacts>Docs>Write A Letter. 

Click on Ad-Hoc if the letter is a one-off. If the letter is associated with a timeline event, such as accepting an offer, then keep the first option selected. This article deals with ad-hoc letters only.

Click on Next.

Select your Standard Contact Letter, click Next.

If the letter needs associating to a property, search for the property. You can also choose who the letter is send from. Click Finish.

Type in the letter content

Click on Preview and make any adjustments before Finalising the letter.
