Sending Draft Details for Approval
Select Property>Actions>Details to Vendor/ Landlord (Draft)
This defaults to send the Brochure via email. You can also change this to Print/Post.
A copy of the draft particulars that were sent is saved on the timeline. This may be useful when confirming with your clients what was sent out/agreed for their brochure design.
NOTE: If there is more than one branch for your agency, if you have a specific brochure assigned to the property then it must be sent from the owning branch. Otherwise it will send the default brochure for the branch that you are sending it from rather than the specifically created one.
