Setting Up Rent Commission

1. Go to the Property then click Actions at the top, select Charge and click Add Commission


2. Enter the necessary information in the screen.  When you originally enter the commission you must ensure the Charge From date is actually set to before or on the same date as your Receipt of Rent, if you do not do this then the commission will not be calculated on rent receipted before that date.  Once this information has been completed click OK.

3. You do not need to raise or update the commission charge, as soon as you Receipt Rent you will trigger the system to calculate the commission and it will appear on the Landlord Payment screen.
