Support Contract Activation

Following your first training session, you Alto Service Contract will be live and you will have access to the Support Team for all technical queries.

A member of the Support Team will contact you directly following your Training to introduce the team and advise as to the process for raising a Support Case through the Knowledge Centre, which your Trainer will also demonstrate to you during Training.
