Creating Initial Invoices for a New Tenancy
This User Guide covers how to create the Initial Invoices for New Tenancies.
There are two options for creating the initial invoices:
1. The system will create your initial invoice for you when you Finalise a let on a Tenancy, This invoice will use the information that you added when Finalising the Tenancy as well as any admin fees you may have set up in the System Administration section.
2. You can raise an initial invoice BEFORE you Finalise the let by clicking the Actions tab at the top of the Progressions screen, then Add Initial Invoice. In this screen you can enter all of your invoice details and the system will create the invoice for you based on this information.
Please note: If you choose not to use either of the above options, you will need to create the Invoices manually.
