Transferring Deposit to a Different Account

1. Check you have Receipted the Deposit in.  Then on the Tenancy go to Actions and Deposit Bank Transfer

2.  The Transfer OUT Bank Account should show the account where the deposit was receipted. In the Transfer IN Bank Account drop down box choose the Account that you will be transferring the deposit to.Ensure the Transfer Date and Transfer Amount are correct and enter Bank References if required.Then click Update

3. This will transfer the Deposit into a different bank account and the transactions will show on the Bank Reconciliation.

4. Once the Tenancy ends and the Deposit needs to be transferred back into the client account, follow the steps above.
