Resettings Passwords and Unlocking Accounts

This User Guide covers how to reset a password and how to unlock someones account on the system.

If someone on the office forgets their password the branches System Administrator  can reset this, or you can click Reset Your Password

Ensure your email address is correct.

Click Send.

 For System Administrators

Go to Tools>System Admin>Group Users.

Click Edit next to the user you need to reset the password for.


Click Reset Password and it will confirm the email address you can send this to. This can be amended if needed.

Click Reset and Send Email. The email will then be sent to the recipient who can then change their password.


If an account becomes locked a branch System Administrator can unlock this.

Go to Tools>System Admin>Group Users

Find the account which is locked out.

Click onto Unlock

This will then confirm the account which needs to be unlocked, click Unlock.
