Occasionally, you may need to make appointments in your diary for people like photographers and accompanying viewers, who don't need to log into Alto. If this is the case, we can set up a diary user for you.
Note
There is a small charge to set up a diary user. They cannot log in to Alto and the diary has to be printed off for them or sent to them as a .pdf
Please complete the form here ensuring you select the Alto user licence option, followed by entering the number of diary user licences required in the Number of diary user licences required field.
Once submitted, our Customer Operations Team will then get in touch with you.
Once diary users are set up, they'll appear in the diary and appointments can be made for them.
