Setting up a preferred panel of conveyancers

Within Alto, you can either directly refer your contact(s) to one of our approved conveyancers, or, you can open a case with a conveyancer in situations where your contact(s) get in touch with you.

Either way, you have the choice to view our full list of conveyancers from Alto's vetted approved panel, or, you can set up your own preferred panel of conveyancers consisting of a selection of those that are currently on that approved panel.

Setting up a preferred panel of conveyancers

If you set up your own preferred panel of conveyancers from those already on the approved panel, you'll notice that when you go to refer/open a case with a conveyancer, only your selected favourites and their quotes will be listed for your team to select from.

1. (If you're a Group Administrator), click Your name in the main navigation bar
2. Click Account settings
3. Click the Your account tab
4. Within the Conveyancer referrals section, click Settings
5. On the left hand side, click Preferred panel
6. Click Edit panel
7. Toggle on or off the conveyancers you want to view in your panel - Your selection will be listed on the right from where you can remove existing ones by selecting the X
8. Once you're happy with Your selection, click Save panel

When you then go to refer/open a case with a conveyancer, only your selected favourites and their quotes will be listed for your team to select from.
