The Help Centre is our knowledge base of 'how-to' articles and videos that are specifically written to help you with any specific task you are looking to perform on Alto.
The Help Centre can be accessed in several ways.
Accessing the Help Centre from within Alto
You can go directly to the Help Centre if you:
- Click Help (the question mark) on the main navigation bar
- Click Help Centre
- As the Help Centre has Single Sign On (SSO), you'll be prompted to sign in to the Help Centre with your Alto login details. This will ensure you can view all the articles, plus, receive a more seamless experience when contacting support and tracking your tickets
On the homepage, the search function can be used to locate an article that will help guide you through any specific process you need help with, that best resembles your search term.
You can also toggle between viewing our most popular articles and our most recently added articles.
Best practice
We recommend you scroll down the page to browse the category tiles. The Using Alto category lists all our articles within sections, each one laid out in a similar fashion to the Alto main navigation bar
