Applicants in Alto can be marked as Hot when they are ready to move quickly and have a clear idea of what they are looking for. Hot applicants usually know the type of property they want, where they want to buy or rent, how much they want to spend, and are in a position to proceed without delay.
Marking an applicant as Hot helps estate agents and property negotiators prioritise the right contacts, focus follow-up activity, and keep the most active applicants visible in the Hot Applicants widget on the Dashboard.
