Adding an applicants requirements profile

If you need to, you can add an additional requirements profile to an applicants record so that it can be included when the applicant is matched to properties in the future.

Some contacts may need more than one profile. Examples of this could be:

  • Investors and developers looking for different types of property
  • Someone looking for a new home and an investment property
  • A couple downsizing to a new home and buying an apartment for their child

To add an additional requirements profile:

  1. Click Contacts on the main navigation bar
  2. Select the relevant contact from Recent & Favourite Contacts
    1.  Alternatively, find the contact using the Search Contacts bar in the top right
  3. Click Requirements on the side menu
  4. Click the + symbol next to the existing profile name(s) to add a new profile
(Profiles can be renamed to better differentiate between them when there is more than one - For more information on Renaming an applicants requirements profile, click here)
  5. A New Profile is added. Tick the box to the right of New Profile to include this profile in matches
  6. Complete the Search Profile fields as appropriate, depending on what the applicant is looking for
  7. Click Save

 Note

When you have a list of Matching Properties, you can thumbs down a property to reject it, placing it in a rejected list. If you then tick Rejected within the Search Profile, you'll also be able to un-reject a property if a customer changes their mind
