Sometimes your browser stores outdated information (known as cookies and cache), which can cause issues when using Alto - such as pages not loading correctly, showing old or incorrect information, or continuing to display an issue after it has already been resolved.

Clearing your browser cookies and cache refreshes this stored data and is a common troubleshooting step that can often resolve these issues quickly and safely.

 Note

Clearing your cookies and cache may sign you out of some websites. Before continuing, make sure you know your login details. If available, you may want to enable browser autofill to make signing back in easier
