New and improved E-Sign

This new feature went live on 17th February.

We've upgraded E-Sign in Alto to a new government-trusted service, giving you stronger compliance, better security, and a smoother signing experience.

You can now:

  • Add tick boxes and text fields to collect client information at signature
  • Attach additional documents when sending for E-Sign
  • Send documents using Advanced Electronic Signatures (AES)

If you previously used PropertyFile eSign, you’ve been automatically moved to the new service - no action needed.

Improvements

Clear Alto notifications

This improvement went live on 19th February.

Based on your feedback, we heard that sometimes it could be challenging to find unread notifications, or that the notifications weren't updating correctly. As a result, we’ve made some improvements to how notifications work in Alto.

A new Clear notifications option has been released, and an underlying issue relating to notifications updating has been fixed.
