Our product development team is constantly innovating, to build a better Alto software experience.

Every time we've added a new feature, we've notified all our users within Alto itself utilising in product messaging. 

However, for a full list of the changes on a monthly basis such as new features, any improvements or product fixes to our software, please see the relevant articles in our Release Notes sections of the Help Centre.

New features

Viewing the latest new features within Alto

To view a log of the latest new features within Alto:

  1. Sign in to Alto
  2. Click the Alto icon in the bottom right corner of the screen
  3. Click Product updates
  4. A summary list of our Product updates display. Some new feature updates will include links that take you to the relevant page within Alto. Popup messaging and/or guides may then launch to provide you with more information on what's new

Analytics - MoM and YoY performance tracker dashboard released

This new feature went live on 27th January.

As part of our Analytics functionality, we've added a new MoM and YoY performance tracker dashboard. 

The report provides insight into key metrics across your sales and lettings business month on month for the past 12 months, month on month for the the past 5 years, and year on year since you started using Alto. 

Some of the answers you can gain from the report include: 

  • Appraisals (Sales & Lettings)
  • Instructions (Sales & lettings)
  • Viewings (Sales & lettings)
  • Completions (Sales)
  • Sales Fees on completion (Sales)
  • New Lets (Lettings)
  • Commission Fees (Lettings)
  • Applicants registered

Improvements

Alto property workflow - Navigate between images in fullscreen using our media uploader

This improvement went live on 28th January.

As part of our property workflow, on the Pre-marketing tab, our media uploader now allows you to move between different images when in full screen view.

Thirdfort ID & AML verification check optimisations

This improvement went live on 27th January.

We've released several updates to optimise the Thirdfort ID & AML verification check flows.

In Alto:

  • We've enhanced the user experience on the 'order page'
  • We've updated the Pricing information
    ID & AML Optimisations1.png
  • Contacts (clients) with non UK phone numbers are now supported
  • We've introduced prompts to order checks when adding offers from unverified clients

In Keyflo:

  • We've embedded a How Keyflo works video on the registration page

  • We've introduced automated contact (client) reminder emails sent 1 day, 3 days, 5 days and 7 days after the client is invited

Cancel a Thirdfort ID & AML check

This improvement went live on 21st January.

Based on your feedback, we’ve replaced the manual Complete button with a manual Cancel button.

You may look to use this in scenarios where an incorrect phone number has been entered.

When you want to manually mark anti-money laundering checks as complete, you should use the manual step via Contacts>Contact>Compliance tab>View Details.
