Generate more leads and instructions with Estate Track websites

Alto has integrated with Estate Track, a website and marketing platform designed to help you generate more leads and win more instructions.

By integrating with Alto, Estate Track captures valuation leads, viewing requests and enquiries directly from your website and pushes them into the Alto Enquiries widget. At the same time, Alto contacts can be used within Estate Track’s marketing tools to power automated campaigns, helping you respond faster, nurture leads effectively and convert more opportunities.

Setting up the integration

If you would like to request access, whether you're an existing Estate Track customer or if you want to get set up as a new customer:

  1. Click Integrations on the main navigation bar
  2. Scroll down to Estate Track and click Tell me more
    1. If you're an existing Estate Track customer and want to integrate your account with Alto, click Integrate Estate Track. Slide the toggle indicating you have an account and select the branches you'd like to activate. Then, click Integrate, at which point your request will be sent
    2. If you're a new customer wanting to get set up with Estate Track, click Register interest. Complete the short form and click Submit. Estate Track will then contact you to set up a no-obligation chat so you can find out more about them and how they integrate with Alto

To check on the status of your integration request and whether it's activated within Alto, you can view the Tell me more > Integrate page.

Here, within the Branch integration section, you can view a Sent date alongside the available branches you have access to - this is the date upon which an activation email was sent to the partner.

How does the integration work?

Estate Track integrates with Alto to streamline lead generation and marketing workflows.

Valuation leads, viewing requests and general enquiries captured through Estate Track websites are automatically pushed into the Alto Enquiries widget, ensuring all new opportunities are recorded instantly.

At the same time, Alto contact data can be used within Estate Track to power automated marketing campaigns, enabling you to nurture leads and stay engaged with their audience.

This creates a connected workflow where Alto manages enquiries and operations, while Estate Track drives lead generation and ongoing marketing activity.
