What is Alto Intelligence?
Alto Intelligence is Alto's suite of AI skills, built directly into Alto to take on time-consuming jobs across your agency you'd normally do yourself, from writing appraisals and listings to chasing sales. Most skills prepare a draft for you to check before anything reaches a client, and everything updates in Alto automatically.

Appraisal Builder
Writes the full appraisal report, including comparables matched by type, size, price band and how recently they sold, in your agency's voice and ready for you to check before it goes out.
Listing Writer
Writes the property description, bullets and room-by-room detail in your agency's style, learned from listings you've already published.
Property Matcher
Finds the applicants who fit a property and shows why each one made the cut. It's set up differently to the other skills: you review sample matches and tune them to your agency at setup, and it then runs in the background from there.
Progression Chaser
Highlights which sales are at risk of falling through and why, then drafts the chase to the solicitor for you to send.
Message Writer
Drafts any email or letter in your own words, pulling names, dates and figures straight from the record so it sounds like you and takes seconds to check.
