Alto Skills are AI tools built directly into Alto that take on the time-consuming agency jobs you'd normally do yourself, from writing appraisals and listings to chasing sales progression. Most skills prepare a draft for you to check before anything reaches a client, and everything updates in Alto automatically.

Property matcher
Finds the applicants who fit a property and shows why each one made the cut. It's set up differently to the other skills: you review sample matches and tune them to your agency at setup, and it then runs in the background from there.

Alto IQ
Answers questions about your business, asked in plain English, with an instant chart, table or number and an explanation of what's happening and why. It works from your Alto Analytics data.
Alto IQ is available now. For more information, see Alto IQ - Overview.
Appraisal Builder
Writes your market appraisal report, for both sales and lettings. Name the property and it gathers the evidence, including comparables, then writes the report in your branch's voice as a branded .pdf for you to review.

Progression Chaser
Flags the sales at risk of falling through and explains why, then drafts the chase and only sends what you approve. You can scan your whole pipeline or check a single property.
