We're aware of an issue affecting some integrations following the Renters' Rights updates introduced on 2 March. As part of these changes, three new tenancy statuses were added. Some integration partners had not yet mapped these new statuses, which may have caused data discrepancies on their side.
What this means for you
If you've noticed discrepancies in tenancy status data, this is a known issue caused by the partner integration mapping rather than by Alto. The data on Alto's side is correct.
The discrepancies would not appear in Alto itself, but in the partner product's experience.
What's being done
We've contacted all affected partners and asked them to update their integration mapping and re-sync their data. This is being resolved on the partner side, and most partners are expected to have it fixed shortly. Some have already confirmed fixes are underway, and certain partners are communicating directly with their own clients.
What you need to do
No action is required from you at this time. The fix sits with the integration partners. Once your partner completes their update and re-syncs, the discrepancies should resolve automatically.
