Once you've carried out the market appraisal appointment, you'll want to 'write up' the valuation by completing the Post-Appraisal top tab, before then sharing it with the owner.
- Click Properties on the main navigation bar
- Select the relevant property from Recent & Favourite Properties
- Alternatively, find the property using the Search Properties bar in the top right
- Click Appraisal on the side menu
- Click the Post-Appraisal top tab
The fields differ for a sales and lettings property - however, as a minimum, in order to be able to later instruct a property, a Proposed price must be entered.
Complete as many of the Sale Pricing fields as possible:
- As a minimum, enter a Proposed price
- Enter your Commission %.
(The merge code for this is #sale_fee_quoted_%# and can be included in letter templates such as appraisal follow ups which will pull this figure through)
For more information on Adding merge codes to a letter template, click here - The Fee Quoted field is alphanumeric and you can either:
- Enter net or gross fee amounts with text, i.e. '£2000 inc VAT & floorplan',
- Enter percentages, i.e. '10%',
- Use the calculator to work out the fee amount based on the Proposed price and the Commission %.
(The merge code #sale_fee_quoted_including_vat# can be included in letter templates such as appraisal follow ups, and will calculate the Fee Quoted value including VAT)
