Alto service status information is now available on our dedicated Alto Status page.
The Alto Status page is the best place to check the latest information about service availability and incidents.
During an incident, the Alto Status page is updated automatically as the incident progresses from being identified through to being resolved.
You may be asked to log in using your Alto credentials when accessing the page.

What’s changed?
We’ve moved from manually updating this Help Centre article to using a dedicated status page that can show live incident updates.
This means you can now view clearer and more up-to-date information about:
- current incidents
- affected Alto services or functionality
- service availability
- incident progress and resolution updates
You can also Subscribe to the Alto Status page to receive email updates when an incident is raised, and track it as it progresses.
Routine maintenance
Alto has routine maintenance every Wednesday from 8.00pm to 9.00pm.
If we have planned maintenance scheduled outside of this time, we’ll share updates on the Alto Status page and, where appropriate, notify you in Alto.
