If you, or someone in your branch forgets their password, this can be reset by the user themselves.
Reset password from the login screen - All users
If you're unable to login in due to having forgotten your password, you can reset it from the login screen.
- Click Reset password on the login screen
- Enter your Login Name in the Email address field
(This is the email address associated with your account) - Click Send password reset email
- You'll receive a Reset your password email - click Change your password
(This is valid for 5 days, after that you'll have to restart the process) -
Type in a new password and confirm by re-entering it

Passwords need to contain a minimum of 12 characters, an uppercase character, a lowercase character, a number and a special character
- Click Reset password
- Go back to the original login screen and use the new password to log in
Reset password when logged in - All users
When you're logged in, you might want to change your password for security reasons.
Please see How to manage your passwords effectively for how and why you should do this.
- Click Your name in the main navigation bar
- Click Account settings
- Within the Your account tab, click Send password reset email
- You'll receive an email with a reset password link. Click the link
