 Did you know...

There's a Sales pipeline and Sales performance dashboard as part of our Analytics functionality.

We’re gradually replacing Alto’s Classic reports with the more insightful and flexible Analytics. As part of this transition, the Classic reports will be phased out in the future.

The Purchaser Requirements report allows you to create a summary of purchasers and their basic requirements.

To create your Purchaser Requirements report:

  1. Click Reports on the main navigation bar
  2. In the dropdown menu, click Classic reports
  3. Click Sales in the side menu under Reporting Groups
  4. Click Purchaser Requirements under Sales Reports
  5. You can select from several Report Options under Your Report to filter by:
    1. Period
    2. From and To dates
    3. Order
    4. Direction
    5. Group
    6. Filter by
  6. The report can be further filtered, grouped and ordered using the additional tabs under Your Report
  7. Click Create Report to generate a one off report
    1. You can also Export the report into a .pdf, Excel or .csv document if you prefer to view it in an alternative format
  8. The report will automatically open in a new browser tab once created
    1. It'll also be available within your Report requests, allowing you to open it later should you wish. Click Open to open the report or Clear to remove it
