Applicants By Rating report

The Applicants By Rating report allows you to create a list of your applicants and then filter and group them by their rating.

 To create your Applicants By Rating report:

1. Click Reports on the main navigation bar
2. In the dropdown menu, click Classic reports
3. Click Applicant in the side menu under Reporting Groups
4. Click Applicants By Rating under Applicant Reports
5. You can select from several Report Options under Your Report to filter by:
   1. Archived/Active
   2. Order
   3. Direction
6. The report can be further filtered, grouped and ordered using the additional tabs under Your Report
7. Click Create Report to generate a one off report
   1. You can also Export the report into a .pdf, Excel or .csv document if you prefer to view it in an alternative format
8. The report will automatically open in a new browser tab once created
   1. It'll also be available within your Report requests, allowing you to open it later should you wish. Click Open to open the report or Clear to remove it

 The Applicants By Rating report shows the applicants:

• Rating
• Registered Date and Next Review Date
