The Lead Source - Valuations report allows you to create a list of your vendor lead sources having a property with a market appraisal.
To create your Lead Source - Valuations report:
- Click Reports on the main navigation bar
- In the dropdown menu, click Classic reports
- Click Marketing in the side menu under Reporting Groups
- Click Lead Source - Valuations under Marketing Reports
- You can select from several Report Options under Your Report to filter by:
- Period
- From and To dates
- Order
- Direction
- Group
- The report can be further filtered, grouped and ordered using the additional tabs under Your Report
- Click Create Report to generate a one off report
- You can also Export the report into a .pdf, Excel or .csv document if you prefer to view it in an alternative format
- The report will automatically open in a new browser tab once created
- It'll also be available within your Report requests, allowing you to open it later should you wish. Click Open to open the report or Clear to remove it

- Lead Source
- Date
- Office
- Negotiator
- Property
- Person
- Valuation Status
- Lost to/Won from
- Why Lost
- Vendor Value
- Min Value
- Max Value
- Asking price
- Difference
- Tenure
