How does the integration work?
Conducting the checks
In Alto, once an offer has been accepted by all parties on an Available or Let (Marketing) property, a Proposed tenancy will be created within the Tenancies side menu tab of that property.
To access the tenancy progression screen from this point:
- Click the Proposed tenancy
- The tenancy Overview opens. Either click the Proposed Tenancy status, or, click Tenancy on the side menu
- The tenancy Term displays, and from here you can click Progression and begin to progress the tenancy
- Within the tenancy progression, ensure that all of the information within the Tenancy Details section is correct - If you need to update missing data or make amendments, you can do so by selecting Edit Tenancy.
When you're ready, click Start referencing checks. This will begin the reference check process using the information in the Tenancy Details section - Ahead of sending the information to Lettings in a box to begin their tenant referencing checks, you can review the tenancy and the tenants.
- If you're happy with the information, click Send reference details
- The details of the tenancy are sent to Lettings in a box who will conduct the reference checks. Click Finished
