  2. Click the Referencing category
  3. Below Lettings in a box, click Tell me more
    1. If you're an existing Lettings in a box customer and want to integrate your account with Alto, click Integrate Lettings in a box. Slide the toggle indicating you have an account and click Integrate, at which point your request will be sent

How does the integration work?

Conducting the checks

In Alto, once an offer has been accepted by all parties on an Available or Let (Marketing) property, a Proposed tenancy will be created within the Tenancies side menu tab of that property.

To access the tenancy progression screen from this point:

  1. Click the Proposed tenancy

  4. Within the tenancy progression, ensure that all of the information within the Tenancy Details section is correct - If you need to update missing data or make amendments, you can do so by selecting Edit Tenancy.
When you're ready, click Start referencing checks. This will begin the reference check process using the information in the Tenancy Details section
