Setting up the integration
If you would like to request access, whether you're an existing PropServ customer or if you want to get set up as a new customer:
- Click Integrations on the main navigation bar
- Click the Tenant Maintenance category
- Below PropServ, click View
- If you're an existing PropServ customer and want to integrate your account with Alto, click Set Up PropServ. Tick to confirm you have a PropServ account, then click Enable integration. Select the branches you'd like to activate, then click Activate
- If you're a new customer wanting to get set up with PropServ, click Register interest. Complete the short form and click Submit. PropServ will then contact you to set up a no-obligation chat so you can find out more about them and how they integrate with Alto
To check on the status of your integration request and whether it's activated within Alto, you can click on Integrations > My Integrations > PropServ Settings > Branches.
Here, within the Branch integration section, you can view the current status for each branch, alongside the date of the most recent status change.
How does the integration work?
PropServ integrates with Alto via a real time API connection, automating the entire maintenance lifecycle.
Property and tenant data is synced from Alto into PropServ, where AI triages maintenance issues reported via app or voice. Structured reports, including images and diagnostics, are generated instantly and converted into work orders.
As jobs progress, updates, documents, and invoices are automatically pushed back into Alto, ensuring it remains fully up to date without manual input.
